MyDryGuard sells absorbent, protective underwear designed for everyday personal use, helping manage everyday bladder leakage for comfort and confidence. Our products are garments, not a medical device, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice; if you have an underlying condition, please consult a healthcare provider. We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be accurate.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone at any time. Your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted over networks; payment card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission.

4. Pricing & Modifications to the Service

Prices for our products are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to keep it updated (including your email and payment details) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Orders & Payment

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that your information is accurate. All prices are in US dollars. Charges from us may appear on your statement under "Avanta Commerce" or "MyDryGuard"; the exact descriptor may vary by payment provider. If you don't recognize a charge from us, please email support@mydryguard.com before disputing it with your bank — we'll resolve it quickly.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. All orders ship in plain, unmarked, discreet packaging. Processing times, delivery estimates, risk transfer, and the handling of delays, lost shipments, and address issues are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and shipping delays alone do not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and the handling of returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact our support team at support@mydryguard.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund. Disputes are reviewed in accordance with these Terms, our Shipping Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools and links "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and will not be liable for, any third-party websites, materials, or products. Please review third parties' policies before transacting with them.

If you send us comments, ideas, or suggestions (whether solicited or not), you agree we may use them in any medium without restriction, and we are under no obligation to keep them confidential, to compensate you, or to respond.
